OPERATIONS:
Support Officer
It all starts here - your first step on the ladder to a career within the operations team, providing vital administrative support to our Funding Officers, Credit Officers and Client Managers.
Funding Officer
As the first and most frequent point of contact for our clients and their customers, we'll look to you to offer them accurate and informed information and advice, and ensure our standards of customer service are simply second to none. You'll be involved in a range of duties that are essential in ensuring our clients' accounts run smoothly.
Credit Officer
In this role, our clients will look to you to offer them accurate and informed information and advice on the status of their sales ledger and the credit worthiness of their clients. You will be responsible for providing a range of services which ensure that the ledger is accurate and well managed.
Client Manager
In this role you will ensure the security and profitability of the company through efficient and effective credit control of a portfolio of clients. This will involve establishing and maintaining a professional and efficient relationship with your clients. You will also work alongside and manage a team of credit and funding officers.
SALES & MARKETING:
Business Development Manager
Our Business Development personnel are responsible for generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets as well as establishing a network of business introducers whilst also seeking opportunities to promote the Bibby Financial Services brand within the industry.
Sales Support Officer
The Sales Support Officer is an integral part of the sales team, offering administrative and legal support to ensure new business opportunities are progressed quickly and efficiently.
