Bibby Financial Services makes new appointments in response to rising demand

Global debtor finance provider Bibby Financial Services today announced four new appointments to support its continued growth and bring further depth of industry expertise to its Australian business. The four appointments are:

Rob Daunoras as NSW State Manager Business Development.
Robert has held various management positions and gained extensive experience in the Australian commercial finance and banking space, working for GE Commercial, Volkswagen Finance, ANZ and NAB. Robert has specialised in invoice/debtor finance and factoring solutions for small to medium sized businesses, as well as large corporations throughout NSW and the ACT.

Rick Twist as NSW Business Development Manager.
Rick has 13 years experience working in the debtor finance industry in New Zealand and 5 years experience working in broking in Australia.

Gary Green as National Head of Sales
Gary has been promoted to National Head of Sales after 2 years as Bibby Financial Services’ Western Australia’s State Manager for Business Development. Gary has assisted Bibby’s WA business grow by 40% over the last 12 months as demand for debtor finance has surged.

Nigel Thayer, Western Australia, Senior Business Development Manager
Nigel brings 10 years experience working in the debtor finance industry in Perth.

“Rob, Rick and Nigel add significant experience to Bibby, and we are fortunate to attract such experienced people to the business. I am also delighted to promote Gary Green to National Head of Sales after demonstrating tremendous success building new relationships in Western Australia,” said Greg Charlwood, Managing Director, Bibby Financial Services Australia.

“Our books grew by 40 per cent over the last 12 months and these appointments are testament to our commitment to service the growing number of clients who are using or considering using debtor finance, particularly for the first time. Many SME’s are feeling the burden of restricted bank lending and we expect the debtor finance industry to increase by 20% over the next 12 months,” Mr Charlwood said.
